CALL TO ACTION!
We all know we need a sustainable approach to helping our local food pantries keep shelves stocked. Event-based food drives are great, but they’re a lot of work and the food runs out quickly. Therefore, we are launching the INW Feed Our Friends and Neighbors initiative. (Giving credit where due, this is modeled on an effort organized by our Red, Wine, and Blue “Community Action Team” friends in Reston/Herndon. So, thanks to our awesome resistance allies for the great concept!)
